How to Avoid Players, Time-Wasters and Narcissists While Dating - Free Masterclass

Do You Feel Like You Keep Choosing the Wrong Men to Date?

This can feel like:

  • Dating fatigue and you just want to give up

  • Feeling opposed to ever getting on a dating app again

  • A growing distrust in yourself to pick a good man for you

Often we approach dating from our minds rather than our body’s intuitive knowing. We make lists of qualities that we want in a man and we can go on dates and interview the men to see if they pass our tests or not, but this approach won’t necessarily lead you to your best match. In fact we may feel bad with a man, but reason away our own “inner knowing” about him.

And that inner knowing speaks to us most often through our body.

However, there can be reasons we don’t listen to our intuition and overlook the warning signs that players, time-wasters and narcissists show from the very beginning.

Come learn in this 1 hour masterclass where I break down:

-What makes us susceptible to these kinds of men.

-What we can do to build self-trust.

-What steps we can take in order to notice the signs early on.

If you’re having bad experiences with men repeatedly, it may be time to apply these principles with your internal guidance system so you can create healthy, lasting love.

Join us March 21st at 6pm PST for this 1 hr. class on Zoom.

However, as she went through her own process of recovery from giving to get, she has gained insights into how to show up more authentically in a relationship—that ultimately requires less energy and feels SO much better!!

As women, most of us have been primed from a young age to think that giving a lot in relationships is the way that we can be loving. However, in romantic relationships, over-giving or giving from a place of attempting to get more only leads to feeling bad and often results in the opposite of what we wanted.

Join us in this Masterclass where I share:

WHAT is over-giving?

WHY we do it in relationships?

HOW can you shift for a whole new experience in love?

Getting these insights and applying these tips will immediately put you on the track to experience better in love. Join other women interested to learn and grow and know that you’re not alone in this experience!

There will be a special bonus giveaway for those present at the end of the class! This class will be recorded and sent to all who register.

30 Day Get Out and Date Challenge

If you’ve had enough of dating on dating apps, and you know deep down that it’s time for you to take action to make things happen in your love life——this 30 Day Get Out and Date Challenge is for you!

It may not always be the WHAT or the HOW of dating that helps us to find our match—but rather WHO we are being as we show up in the world. The more confident version of ourselves that we can become, the more likely we will attract a good partner who is a great fit for us.

That’s why this challenge is designed to not only help you to meet people, but to support you in taking risks to get out of your comfort zone, so you can develop more confidence and joy in life as you try new things with the support of a community.

If you know you’re ready for a partner and looking for an alternative way to meet them—join us July 30th for this month long experience of putting ourselves out there in social settings with intention and being in a private women’s FB group to share our experiences together and get support. Can’t wait to do this with you!

Create Your Love Project

Create Your Love Project

What if you could feel deeply cherished in your relationship again and experience that giddy girl feeling like you did at first?

What if you could attract one man who is a great fit and makes you feel safe—without feeling thrown off by the dating process it takes to find him?

What if you could be done with feeling anxious and uncertain about staying with the man you’re currently with?

How would it feel for you to know that you CAN have the love that you imagine even if that’s not your present experience—even the almost too good to be true kind—by removing the blocks that prevent you from showing up more fully as your radiant self?

I want you to feel these things, that’s why I’m offering the Create Your Love project this summer — it’s my gift to my community where I’ve giving 30 coaching conversations (90 min long) over 60 days.

If you’re not experiencing what you hope for in the area of love, it’s often an “warning light” that life is inviting you to your next transformation, usually this means falling more in love with yourself on the way to creating your best love.

I know what it’s like to feel doubt in your worthiness to have love that feels easy, nourishing, secure, supportive and grounding. And I’m convinced that there is not a single person on this planet that wasn’t created to experience and thrive in healthy love!

For a long time I doubted my own worthiness of love because—while I grew up in a home that sought to love us—I felt unseen in my emotional experience. So when it came time for me to enter romantic relationships, I believed that I wasn’t worth being seen and therefore loved—so I either stayed out of relationships or attracted men who didn’t see or want to know me.

So I deeply understand the negative impact of not experiencing healthy love. I know how it negatively impacts our emotional and physical health and how it inhibits our ability to show up fully as ourselves in our purpose in the world.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping women to know their true worthiness of love experientially. When you embody your worth, you act in love towards yourself, which is the foundation for a healthy partnership.

I especially want to give spots to help women who normally give so much to other people, so that they can experience the same kind of love for themselves that they are so eager to give away.

I know that by supporting women to thrive in their relationships it naturally has a positive ripple effect on their children, families, workplaces and communities! That’s why I’m excited to offer the Create Your Love project because I know it can make an impact on the world one woman at a time.

There is a spot for you if you are a woman in any relationship status—single, partnered, or recently broken up etc. In these conversations I’ll help you go deeper into anything holding you back from the very healthy love you long for and come into your power to make changes to the outcomes you’re now experiencing.

These coaching conversations can help you to:

  • Reconnect to your heart —what you’re really feeling and wanting

  • Stop feeling like you’re over giving without others also giving to you

  • Find areas where you can up level your own love towards yourself so that you can more naturally receive love from another

  • Know your next best steps to take to start Creating Your Love

    Starts July 15th!

You could be a good fit for this project if you are currently:

  • Debating whether to use a dating app again, because in the past you’ve only had bad experiences.

  • Feeling like you are taken for granted or lost the spark in your current partnership.

  • Fresh out of a break up and realizing how much you don’t feel like yourself any more—you lost friends, gave up fun activities and even stopped your self-care practices.

  • Watching your friends post pictures of kids and taking fun trips with spouses, while you wonder when it’s going to be your turn.

  • Knowing something in your relationship needs to change, but you’re the only one interested in doing the work to turn things around.

  • Dating a man who criticizes you and yet you make excuses to stay in the relationship.

  • Wondering why you always seem to be in the friend zone with men.

marcin-jozwiak-7-OKB41ilGY-unsplash.jpg

If you can relate to any of these, I invite you to take a step towards Creating Your Love—-a new love, a restored love, a better love! If you know something has GOT to change in your current relationship experience—this is your chance to experience how coaching can support you—and there is absolutely no risk—it’s a gift with no strings! (Though if you do find it helpful and want to know more about continuing I’m happy to share at your request!)

If this sounds like you or someone you know—-what are you waiting for?—-save your spot! (or send your friend the link!)

I appreciate you helping me to make an impact in my mission to increase the amount of healthy love in the world—one unique woman— at a time!

XXOO - Kristen

Here’s what you can expect in the project:

  1. There are 30 spots first come, first serve. There’s no waitlist

  2. The project runs July 15th - September 15th,  appointments are scheduled during that window only.

  3. Each coaching conversation is 90 minutes long on Zoom and recorded for your replay.

  4. The session will be exploratory and potentially challenging.

  5. I welcome you to come as you are, every feeling is welcome.

  6. You will come away with the following:

Your Heart's Radiance Workshop- Reconnect to Experience More Love

Have you been feeling….

  • Lackluster in your life

  • Disconnected

  • Depressed or anxious

  • Stuck

  • Isolated

  • Burnt out

  • Unloved?

Sure the last year hasn’t been that fun for a lot of people, but you sense something else is off in you. You’d like to regain that sparkle you had months or maybe years ago. You’d like to attract a man who lights up when he sees you and who lights you up! You’d like to have passion again in your relationship and feel connected and genuinely cherished!

What can happen in life is that we get hurt, we carry bitterness, we have an unresolved conflict or a self-judgement from a limiting belief that causes us to protect ourselves from getting hurt again and in the process we shut down a part of our heart too.

And our heart loses it’s radiance in the process, its light gets dimmed, its sparkle, its Joie de Vivre!

The good news is that you can reconnect to your heart again—the parts that have been shut down, silenced or closed off—so that your heart begins to radiate again.

And when you’re heart radiates again—you can give and receive more love!

If you you could use support and guided experiences in a safe group to guide you back into your heart’s radiance, this workshop is for you.

In this workshop we’ll:

  • Identify symptoms of a “dimmed down” heart

  • Learn about your blocks to radiance

  • Engage in practices to re-connect to our hearts

  • Gain relationship tools to help you in your dating or relationship

  • Experience group coaching

  • Come away feeling more self-compassion and energized

  • Experience a man or Your man wondering—what happened to you? (in a good way!)

Make this the year you really experience a shift in yourself and your relationship!

Register before May 31st to get early bird pricing, use code ERLYBRD3

I feel much more freed up to manage online dating than even a few days ago. I’ve started to open up to the possibility that maybe there is someone out there for me.

The thoughtful dialogue and Kristen’s empathic way in holding space for us when we talked about painful patterns/beliefs, made me feel connected and empowered.

Dating Readiness - Workshop for Single Women

If you wanted to, you could have a date by this weekend. But you’re not just looking for any Tom, Dick or Harry to keep you company for a while. You want to create a healthy, committed, long-term relationship with a quality man and you can sense this is your year to do it.

Though, you’re pretty sure that you have a few blind spots that have been holding you back. You’ve been noticing how you:

  • Find men drop off after a few weeks or months.

  • Have not found a guy who’s definitely into you, the way you desire.

  • Are still struggling to get your last Ex out of your mind.

If you can relate, this upcoming workshop for Dating Readiness will support you to:

  • Identify your specific blocks that could be holding you back from good men.

  • Evaluate how you’re showing up with men, so you can get more of what you want by being you.

  • Create better connections with yourself and men through the current landscape of online dating and COVID.

Come join other single women who are interested in self-improvement and creating healthy relationships as we discover hidden patterns you may be overlooking in your dating process that lead you to unwanted results.

Share the Love 2020

For many of us 2020 has been a rough year.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned during this challenging season, it’s the importance of relationships.

Not just the “let’s have coffee every other month” kind when life is rolling along. The kind where I can call you at midnight to come over or the partner that I can fall apart with as I shake in the aftermath of sharing so honestly.

If you’ve recognized in the last few months that you want a new, different, better, or more connected relationships—what do you plan to do about it?

For me, there is something deeply satisfying about helping others build satisfying relationships—by learning to connect better with themselves first—and then with another.

Now, more than ever I know it’s important to share this love.

That's why I wanted to Share the Love with you! It’s my annual project to send my own love out into the world!

SO what is the Share the Love project, you ask?

It’s a month long project to gift 10 coaching conversations to 10 people around any current issue they’d like to explore in their dating or relationship lives—whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship or have been married for 30 years.

I am interested to serve women who feel like they are:

  • Wondering if they should leave a current relationship

  • Recovering from a past unhealthy relationship

  • Challenged to honor themselves in a relationship or set boundaries

  • Struggling to attract and create a good partnership

  • Want to communicate more effectively

  • Want to create more connection or passion in a relationship.

  • Need some support to get clarity in a current relationship

So what are the deets?

  •  There are 10 spots, first come, first serve.

  • The project runs September 16th - October 15th.

  • Each session is 60 minutes. (on Zoom)

  • The session will be exploratory as well as supportive and challenging

  • All feelings and experiences are welcome

You’ll come away with 3 main things:

  • 1. Clarity on your experience

  • 2. Internal shifts around an area of struggle

  • 3.Next steps towards more connection

How to receive the love?

  • Click on link below to schedule a day and time.  Use the code FINDLUV.

  • Fill out the quick questionnaire I send you.

  • Show up! There will be no re-schedules.

Absolutely no strings attached for receiving complimentary coaching! Though if you are interested to find out what coaching further with me could look like, I’ll share more.

Excited to Share the Love with you!

How to Spot Unhealthy Patterns Early in Dating

If you've ever gotten pretty invested in a person you were dating, only to find out later on that they had unhealthy patterns that didn't work for you, it can be discouraging. Especially if your heart's gotten pretty involved. Wouldn't it be nice to spot the signs of dysfunction earlier in the dating process to avoid wasting time or unnecessary heart break?

Come join other singles as we create a safe discussion space on Zoom (for now!) to talk about this topic.

After I (Kristen) share a few concepts, we'll discuss as a group:

*What are some of the symptoms of unhealthy patterns and how to do they show up early on?
*What are some of the dynamics that can prevent us from noticing unhealthy signs?
*How honoring our intuition and body help us discern early signs of dysfunction
*What are some phrases and ways we can gracefully handle these early signs when we experience them?

Come ready to learn and share experiences in a supportive group.

Reclaiming Your Worth: Rewriting the Stories that Hold You Back

As human beings we are always making meaning of our experiences. Even from a young age, we make meaning of the things we experience by creating stories that shape how we think about ourselves and show up in our adult lives.

The challenge is, some stories can empower us to stand in the truth of who we are, while others can be false narratives that can lead us to live disempowered lives we hide behind, such as:

“I struggle to say no because I’ll disappoint people.”

“When I lose weight, I’ll get into a good relationship”

What are Emotionally Available People and Why Do We Date Them?

Dating an emotionally unavailable person can lead to a lot of dissatisfaction in a relationship. You may be dating a person who is fun to be with, someone who you have great chemistry with and checks off all of your boxes--but you notice that something feels off. It can feel hurtful to feel like they aren't really with you or aren't able to open up or see the real you.

Why do we sometimes date a person for much longer than we'd want if they are not available for an emotional connection?

Emotional Unavailability is term gets thrown around a lot these days,

SO, come join us as we talk about:

-What does emotional unavailability mean?
-How do we spot it while dating?
-What tendencies do people have who are emotionally unavailable?
-How can we break this pattern if we have a history of dating emotionally unavailable people?

We'll start the discussion with learning a few things about emotional availability and then respond to discussion questions together. Each person has a chance to share as much or as little about their experience as they feel comfortable. We're always learning from each other and hope you'll leave with good takeaways to improve your dating experience.

Navigating Well Through Online Dating: Profiles, Messaging, Selection

These days if you want to start dating, you'll have the most opportunities dating online.

But is there like an art to it?

How do you create an effective profile? How do you engage in a sincere way and find the others who are genuine in their profiles too? How do you navigate your preferences with a stranger? Can you really tell right away if it's not a fit or do you invest more time to find out?

I believe there are more successful ways to approach it so that you can attract a good person and be more likely to spend less time with people who are not realistic options for you. Let's talk about what works and what gets fewer results. We'll make time to get feedback from others on questions you have or tips you'd like on your profile/messaging approach.

This month we're taking advantage of the weather and meeting at picnic tables in a park. We'll keep the conversation shorter and socialize afterwards--feel free to bring a Frisbee or whatever games you would want to play.

Look forward to seeing you then!
If you like, bring a drink or snack to share.

Share the Love Project

As a woman who's had a whole lotta dating experience for one lifetime, I get how tough it is to navigate modern day relationships. (Read more of my backstory here.) Over the years, I've heard lots of advice. One common piece of dating wisdom I've heard along the way is, "you've got to BE love to attract love."

And it's true! that being love spurs on love in all kinds of ways!

That's why I wanted to Share the Love with you! It’s my way to send my own love out into the world!

SO what is the Share the Love project, you ask?

I am running a project to gift 15 coaching conversations to 15 people around any current issue they’d like to explore in their dating/love lives.

I am interested to serve women struggling after a break up, divorce or a long patch of just no dating at all. I want to help people who feel stuck in relationships or who just need some support to get clarity on a current relationship.

So what are the deets?

  •  There are 15 spots, first come, first serve.

  • The project runs June 14th - July 15th.

  • Each session is 60 minutes. (can be in person or phone/video chat)

  • The session will be exploratory as well as supportive and challenging

  • All feelings and experiences are welcome here.

  • You come away with 3 main things: 1. Clarity on your experience  2. Insight about limiting beliefs that may be getting in your way  3.Next steps towards more connection

How to receive the love?

  • Click on this link to schedule a day and time.  Use the code FINDLUV.

  • Fill out the quick questionnaire I send you.

  • Show up! There will be no re-schedules.

Absolutely no strings attached for a receiving a complimentary session! Though if you are interested to find out what coaching further with me could look like, I’ll share more.

Excited to Share the Love with you!

Women, have you ever spent way too much mental space wondering what a man meant by what he said? Men, have you ever said something to a woman with good intent and she reacted terribly?

Communication is hard. But when we throw in how men and women think differently it can get even more challenging.

Get answers to the long running questions we tend to ask, "What did he/she mean by that?" How can we both communicate and listen to have better understanding in a partnership?

Come join us in a fun-loving discussion about how we think and communicate differently as men and women. We'll each have the opportunity to chime in around specific topics and questions. Look forward to seeing you there!
